These terms apply to bookings, event registrations, course purchases and use of this website.

Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is received. The balance is payable seven days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Postponements and cancellations
An event may be postponed once at no charge with more than 30 days' notice. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
Courses and digital products
Course access is personal and lasts 12 months from purchase. Refunds are available within 7 days if less than 20% of the course has been viewed.
Intellectual property
Session materials remain the intellectual property of Robin Banks. Recordings require prior written consent and may carry a licensing fee.
