About Robin
From bank branch to main stage
Robin spent a decade leading retail bank teams through mergers and system changes before founding a speaking practice in 2011. Today Robin works with financial services groups, mining houses, retailers, government and faith communities across South Africa and beyond — always with the same goal: make the complex clear and send people away with something to do on Monday.

What clients say
Robin had our leaders on the edge of their seats — and taking action the next day. Three months on, our managers still use the change briefing in every team meeting.
Our leaders left energised and — more importantly — aligned on what to do next.
The most engaging keynote we've had at a conference. Practical, honest and memorable.
The workshop changed how our managers run one-on-ones. The change stuck, which is rare.
Robin read the room perfectly and left our executives energised and aligned on the three things that mattered for the year ahead.
Read the room perfectly and kept a tough audience with us the whole way through.
